thighs and butt are some of the hardest areas to gain and loose. it really depends on your genes. but it is possible but sometimes there still the last place you'll loose weight.



you can do normal walking to help burn but you don't want to do things that would 'build' muscle there rather than just 'burn' fat. it's about high repetition activites with low weight

You have great legs but the thighs are a bit fatter.... You wouldn't believe it but the best solution is walking.....Either that or volleyball..... Don't do aerobic because your legs wouldn't be thiner, they would be in muscles... Just invite a friend and take a walk every day.... Just be sporty and active... You could try with swimming too... It'll make your legs thin and your a*s will be higher and better, like J-Lo's.... :)
