truthfully my work out is my job. i stand and walk around all day i sit down very rarely and i lift dogs.
my mom loves those weights they sell at walmart the lil 2lb ones they are great to burn and tone w/o building too much. you can walk everywhere in your house holding them to add extra resistence. you can get the ankle weights and go walking around the mall for extra resistence.
you don't have to 'feel the burn' to be getting a workout. just keeping moving and even doing tension things can help like tightening muscles in your stomach all day while you're walking or sitting just tighten, hold, release. and do that when ever you think about it.
because of my work, i rarely have the time to exercise and when i do i'm either too exhausted or the kids are there to distract me, LOL! but i "cheat" a little by getting off my ride like a quarter mile away from the office and walk the rest of the way. same thing when goin home. also, i try to do hula hoops with my girls on the weekends. ;)
I like to go for a daily walk, usually 15-30 minutes, lift 3 pound wieghts for toning, I rock climb a lot, and I do sit-ups and stretching. Fairly simple

i follow the workouts from seventeen faithfully every month. check out the latest issue for my new workout that i will be starting on july 1st!!!!
