So this guy in one of my classes would like stare and glance at me from time to time, but he never talks to me , hes not shy either cuz he talks to other people, its been like 3 months of him not saying anything to me, i have said hi to him , and he says hi back , should i talk to him im thinking about going up to him tomarrow and asking him why does he talk loudly to other people like my friend and not me, or do u think i should just move on, any advice?

okay so theres this guy who has 4th period history with me , and he like stares in my direction but he never comes up and talks to me, i dont think hes shy cuz hes always talking loudly to ppl , and the teacher, he said hi to my friend and when she came over to were i was sitting he randomly started talking to her, i have said hi to him , and he says hi , but he never personally comes up to me and talks to me, whats going on with him?????????
