i have a lot of pimples on my back and no matter what i do they wont go away, i am really embarrassed about wearing bikinis and tops that show my back because of them what can i do?

be careful about letting conditioner on your back, and try to keep your back washed espcially after you wake up or sweat. its all about keeping your oils and such off your back otherwise you might need to see a dermatologist

get a scrubber for reaching your back and when you wash it use a face cleaner (just keep one of those orangie cheap face washes in your shower)

another thing you can do is when you wake up take a wash cloth and put some alcholo on it and if you can't reach your back get your mom or someone to help you wipe it off usually around the sholders and down the center of your back

you can also use witch hazel (they sell it right next to the alcholo) but it won't burn if you get it in a cut

ps i can't spell to save my life lol

I used to have this as well. I never tried the goldbond idea, although it is interesting!

I went to the doctor though, and they prescribed Stievamycin (exactly how its spelt). It is a clear, jelly like substance that you rub on your skin in the nighttime. You cannot let it get into the sunlight at all, or else it will react and could cause a rash or burn on your skin. It makes your skin feel tight when it is on, and works its magic throughout the night. I highly recommend this, as it works wonders! Good luck miss! :)
