Make sure you have plenty of exericise. dont over-do it though, and one thing ive seen with girls is that they dont eat anything...thinking they'll get skinny that way.



That is sooo unhealthy for your body and i cant stress that enough to some people who dont think so. Try to take away all the sugary products like chips, and eat an apple instead. One thing some girls dont know,(learned this in health class ^.^) that if you dont eat, then suddenly increase the amount of things consumed, it usually doubles.



When you go outside, try to jog a little it and go a little further each day.

you can do exercises in your home too like sit ups and jumping jacks. i think sit ups help the most with me. i try to do 50 a day and it really does work out your tummy and muscles.



Whatever you do, dont starve yourself. make sure you get plenty of water and vitamins as well.



Oh, and it also depends on your height. seeing as your weight isnt to bad, it shouldnt be hard to get it off as long as your committed =]

there is no fast to being healty



you make proper food choices, fruits and veggies over sweets and baked or boiled foods over fried



30mins of exercise 3 days a week is good enough to keep your body burning.

Cut your calorie and sugar intake by half and exercise 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes. If you need a snack have a spoonful of peanut butter.
