it is possible if you eat a whole box.



but having them as a snack won't kill you. you can actually see how many calories are in the type you're eating. i usually grab one for breakfast or a snack but some (like the choco one's) SOMETIMES have more calories than the raisen ones

omg no! anything you eat too much of could...but youre fine, if thats what you like you should eat them, just dont eat like a thousand because thats a lot lol. they say those things are healthier but most arent as virtuous as people say-but that doesnt mean you shouldnt eat them if you like them. granola bars should be look at like a very lowfat small candy bar (about equivalent calories) and about as much good stuff in it for you.

Too much of anything can be bad. But over all granola is supposively good for your body. Of course different brands are made differently so you might want to compare them while you are in the store. Like Natures Valley vs Kashi. I try to purchase the ones with as much protein ( to keep me full) and the least amount of sugar and saturated fats. If you are worried then there are recipes where you can make them at home in your oven!

i only eat them as snacks, but in the last couple of days i have been putting a whole bunch of weight on, so i was wondering idf this was the cause lol thanks
