i am trying to lose as much weight that i possibly can before christmas

i walk 3 km of a morning and i think that i eat healthy but the problem is that lately i dont feel like eating anything so i am drinking lots of water...but i dont feel the same what can i do?

When you are working out you will usually eat more because exercising stimulates your metabolism. Eating is a good thing but eat healthy. When are you feeling sick? After walking? Before or all day? Make sure you do eat a little before working out because your body needs fuel for energy. Do drink your fluids to keep your body hydrated. If you are feeling sick after walking you might be working your body out a little too hard.

you need to makesure you eat a well balanced diet

look up something on maybe they'll have something under well balanced diet if you search that (even google it)

i lost alot of weight after i had my daughter by drinking sugarfree (offbrand) cool aid all day but in the moring i would have cereal or a beagle with creamcheese

for lunch i would have a noodle bowl (the ones at walmart are like 83cents and have dehydrated chicken and veggies, and i would eat a normal lunch. i was 175lbs when i had her and a few months later i was ranging from 155-145lbs

Girl I know how its feels to wanna lose some extra weight but u need to eat! Its not good for u to not eat anything. U dont have to eat much and it can b healthy food :) jus dont starve urself girl..;) Eat healthy and drink lots of water...
