hey i really want a flat stomach and flat sides and i was wondering if 5 months was enough to make that happen? i workout 4-5 times a week 15-30 minutes and play soccer. is that enough? what else can i do thats not too hard and show results quicker? and eating shud i leave carbs out of my diet? and also, im like really close to being there i just need to lose the flab on the sides and front and ill have a bikini ready tummayy! thanks yooh guyzz plz answer!!!!!!!!!!!! i neeeeed help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

make a sit up chart and the way you will follow the chart is make a goal for 125 sit ups in 3 minutes or a goal that is hard yet achivable. make sure your sit ups work out is at least 3 minuts long because just doing one or two minuts of sit ups wont help you achive your goal fast enough. Also look up abb dance work outs on youtube because they move your stomach a specific way that targets at specific parts of your stomach
