why are you writing BLEECHED in CAPITALS?

the way to restore BLEACHED* hair to brown is to use a brown colour that has a red pigment.

Use Lorel colour excelence i think its called, they have a colour called warm mahogany, it comes out chocolate brown on bleached hair and becasue of the red pigment in it avoids that nasty khaki colour bleached hair can go.

Also, the best conditioner i have found is Andrew Collinge, you can buy it from boots, superdrug etc.

Buy the bottle with the pinky lable on it, its for restoring moisture. If you live near a sallys hair supplys store aswel you can buy a product called rePAIR or something thats really good, its like a 3min conditioning treatment.

use heat protection sprays before you straighten or blow dry, and try not to straighten or use hairspray too much as it dries it out. If you do have to, make sure you brush hairspray out before you go to bed, and also be sure to use a hairspray such as TRESemme freeze hold (white bottle, not the black ones) as thsi is a moisture retaining hairspray, which doesnt dry your hair out.
