wieght loss

I really want to loose 5lbs or so..i keep trying to motivate myself by jogging every morning like I use to but most of the time ill sleep in..I feel like I need a better method or somthing that will give me a push.

because the more I think of how i want to loose those 5lbs. i find myself eating more junk food than i use to..

so if anyone knows of a good work out ruetine & HEALTHY eating plan answer please :)

(no im not saying im fat but I just want to feel a little better about myself)

Well, the best routine is a controlled diet and regular exercise. Counting calories is the best way. Try to hold your calories count to around 1200-1500 per day and you could lose 5 lbs in a month or less. Junk food, of course, is full of calories :D As far as exercise goes, I know how totally hard it can be. Maybe try to exercise only three days a week. then u can sleep in the other days and not feel guilty. Also, maybe jogging isn't the best exercise for you. How about yoga or pilates, or (what I do) take dance classes?
