eatting habbit! help

ok so iv been eating alot lattely basically n e thing that comes my way=/ i think its becoming a bad eating habbit ive tryed to stop or just eat fruit n stuff but i cnt! its wierd..grrr n its bothering me lol so i need to find a way to solve dis but dnt noe how help? porfavor. (dat means please in spanish lol)



or mayb a diet dats easy to stik to? lol =D tanks.

I have the same problem :/ What I do now is I force a cup of water down my throat before I eat that way I don't eat as much. Though it sends my to the potty a lot, it works. And now I don't have to force it lolz, it just happens. I've also lost a pound or two doing this ;D and thats without excercising!

Try to eat regularly 3 times a day with 2 snack times and stick to it. it's gonna be hard at first but you get use to it

me too but most people eat when ever they r bored so just find somethin to do when u get hungry. Also just drink liquids whenever u get hungry. Its good to drink somethin with flavor becuz it eases the hunger

ive been having that problem to... but theres an easy fix!:D yew can still eat wat yew want just not as much... eat slow and hew yer food good so yer tummy has time to, how do i say.. process its fullness and send fullness signs 2 yer brain... wen yew eat slow yer tummy has more time to recognize how much food is actually in there and will let yer brain know yew are full faster...as to if yew were to stuff yer face, it will take yer tummy much longer to notice it is full bcuz it is processing tha food that keeps coming... does that make sense?

Don't diet. If you are afraid of gaining weight, a surefire way to have that fear realized is to diet.



You'll just crash and start eating whatever again.



If you are craving something sweet, try fruit. Fruit has healthy properties AND it tastes a lot better than candies - plus you get added energy to work off those calories from non-healthy foods. If you hate the work that peeling is, try Del Monte Fruit Naturals at your local grocery store. These are pre-peeled fruit chunks (many types to fit your taste) that come in EXTRA-LIGHT SYRUP. Most fruit cups come in heavy syrup that diminishes the healthy properties of the fruit, but these cups are much better for you.



If you crave something that tastes like REAL food, cook bits of meat (or fake meat if you're vegetarian like me!) and mix it with cooked vegetables.



Celery is a food that burns more calories than you take in while eating it. Try celery with little bits of peanut butter topped with raisins. A filling, healthy snack.



If you really can't stop after all these tips, visit a medical professional. You may have started an eating disorder due to stress.

There really isn't a specific exercise that you can do at home to lose weight. Losing weight is a combination of watching what you eat, burning off what you eat, and wanting to do it all!

DIETING: You CAN eat fast foods. Just balance out your meals that day. If you eat a McMuffin for breakfast, eat a salad for lunch, and some fish and asparagus for dinner.

Go for proteins. Proteins (meat, milk, eggs, nuts, yogurts, bananas) are harder for your stomach to digest, make your stomach work more, and you end up burning calories all in the digestion process. An average banana is above 190 calories. Just by eating it, you'll burn off about 100-150 calories.

BREAKFAST: PLEASE eat it! It's the most important meal. The sooner you eat, the sooner your metabolism (your body's natural way of burning calories) starts up. If you eat at 10am, your metabolism will be burning off calories until you fall asleep. But if you wait until lunch at 1pm, you just lost 3 hours of calorie burning!

EXERCISE: The minimum amount of exercise you should be getting is 20-30 minutes 3 days a week. It doesn't have to be vigorous or mentally straining. It can be as simple as taking an hour walk, or a 20 minute bike ride with the gears turned up to 5. Swimming is an excellent way to exercise, and it's the easiest on your joints if you have knee problems or anything of the sort. Ab workouts are great too. I do 30 sit ups, 100 crunches, and 20 side crunches. I turn on my music and do ab workouts to one song, and then arm and weight work outs to the next song. Make it fun!

I have a weight problem, and I lost 20lbs just by doing all this stuff. I wouldn't be giving you false information.
