Anybody trying to lose weight??

Just wondering if anybody else is trying to lose weight...wanna trade ideas??

I run two, to three times a week, and do yoga. That seems to help, I stoped eating junk food and only have that kinda stuff once a week, and if it's more I have very little. Try subsituting chips for low fat cracker, cookies with those low fat cookies. (I really enjoy those Blueberry Brown Sugar kind) just little things like that, eat vegitables and fruit as snacks.

I am! I am! i have to lose 46 pds well used to be 50! i lost 4.... um drinking water all the time and sometimes alil tea is good if it is sweet only use 1 1/2 cup of sugar in a gallon..... works good and if youre gonna try to drink a diet coke instead of getting calories with a reg just drink a reg bcz diets have lots of hidden sugars..... i hate diets personally but whatever works right? :p um any suggestions yourself?

Before my 2 year relationship started, I weighed around 125-130 and now its around 170. Lets just say I'm VERY comfortable. Not really trying to lose weight, just trying to tone up. I'm taking Apidexin, and doing alot of toning excercises. I have an Ab Lounge and a Pilaties Chair. But the best excercise I get is walking my two Great Pyrenees' twice a day for 30 min eahc time!!

For the most part I stopped drinking soda, I try to avoid things like icecream and I drink lots more water. When I hang out with friends we walk around/run all day xD And uhm I play Dance dance revolution whenever I can. I don't know I'm trying to lose thirty pounds by the end of the summer or atleast tone up a little. I've also been writing down what I eat drink, what excercise I do.

im with you.. !!



i only drink water and im starting to focus on hunger than craving.. if you eat when you crave its a bad habit. try to get off of that.. thats what im working with..



also get someone to push you in exercising. my borther is a football player and he is in pretty good shape. we go jogging and shoot hoops. play one on one. and he keeps yelling at me and really pushes me to do more. try a friend or someone in your family to help you.

i could probably try and try to lose weight, but it would never happen, especially with mee. :]
