Shaving or waxing?

Which one is easier, less pain and keeps your legs smoother for longer? And how often should you shave? Or wax? And is it possible to stop the hair growing on your legs if you wax/shave it enough times?

If you want to wax your legs, you'll have to let the dreaded hair grow out first (1/4" length). Otherwise, the wax will have nothing to grip. So, basically, you'll be letting yourself get hairy for the privilege of ripping your hair out by the roots.

It's not possible for it to stop growing unless you get laser hair removal which is about $1000. You should shave about every other day or wax about once a week.

Waxing is obviously more painful, however, it leaves you feeling smoother than shaving.

I would say about a week to two weeks to start shaving or waxing again.

No, it is not possible for your hair to stop growing if you shave or wax enough times.

Whatever you do, do not shave. It will make your hair grow more thicker. Go for waxing. That is the best option to get rid of unwanted hair. Or you can use any hair removal cream. But that must suit your skin. But again, I will suggest you to do the waxing. It is natural and has no side effects.

definetely not shaving...even though it is less painful than waxing it causes hair to grow thicker and then you have to shave about once a week, wheras you can wax about once every 6 weeks in winter and every 3 in summer (as hair grows faster and due to swimsuits and skirts which we dont often wear in summer). after many times the rate of hair growth will decrease drastucally but i dont think its possible for hair to stop growing completely.

NAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waxing is definately the best alternative. Shaving doesn't last as long as when you get something waxed. But waxing, contrary to popular belief, does make you hair thicker... It just makes the hair grow back slower because it strips the entire hair out instead of just shaving a section off.

P.S.

Hair removal treatment costs more than just $1000 haha

waxing to me is easier but its painful for a couple of secs but it gives smooth legs=)....shaving is okay too but a lot of times im in a hurry (which is not good..lol) nd i end up getting cuts nd it hurts lol... when u wax the hair doesnt grow back after a couple of weeks..-it takes time..but for shaving, hair may grow back in a week.-well depending how fast ur hair grows... Hair is still gonna grow back no matter wat-unless u do da laser treatment... but i do recommend waxing cuz it leaves ur legs smoother nd u dont have to worry about it growing back for a loong time:D

wax it off about two or three times a month....it depends on how fast your hair grows back on how many times you should do it...good luck

ugh waxing is a pain but lasts wayy longer than shaving ,theres also creams you could use like veet or nair that you could use in the shower ,no pain but buy one with like a peachy scent or sumthing they tend to leave the skin smelling bad when bying the original with no scent.

shavingonly last s for about 1-2 days which is not long plus its easier to get cuts n stuff

i say cream or wax

the best alternative would b laser hair removal:thumbup:
