What should I use to fix my damaged hair?

Its damaged from bleaching it and stuff like that because I'm going back to blonde. And I already know about deep conditionings and such, I do that a lot, but my hair is pretty darn fried this time, and I need to try fixing it fast. Its not as bad as it was though. And for blonde hair that has yellow or golden tones in it, how do you get those out, what toners actually work really good? I used to go from black to blonde all the time and had no problem with it, but I had red hair this time and am going to blonde from that so the usual routine didnt work this time. And ideas?

Well I have lots of opinion here! Firstly, you should be using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. This will keep your hair in great condition. Loreal makes an inexpensive one. I use Alba cocoa butter as a styling product on my hair, it really brings my hair back to health after repeated "fryings". The best boxed kit for blonding is the Dream Blonde system but I don't know that it will be strong enough for this. What you need to do before you go bleaching your hair is to do the "shampoo train" method. This is very important!!! Use a cheap harsh shampoo like Prell, it has harsh detergents that will quickly fade the red color in your hair. Do it for as many days as you can stand it. It will suck to have to deal with the fading hair but it is sooo worth it to be patient if you want to go back blonde without killing your strands. I too, had tried red hair and unfortunately wasn't informed on this method and went through a terrible reddish grayish phase after I tried to lighten my hair again. It looked crappy. Now about the color, if you can afford it I'd suggest doing a google search for these professional products for lightening your hair.

Renbow 100A x 2

White Genie x 2

Buying professional color and developer rather than a boxed kit is much better for your hair. If you can't get those just go to a beauty supply store and try to get some help finding the right color and developer there. Ok, that was a mouthful, hope some of it helps!:)
