There is always for you to wear those with smaller heel..But what I do is (especially if they are new) just walking around the house,in a sock,in that way they expand a little bit.If you wear heels on bare foot, then put some cream around the edges of shoes.Do you understand me? Put when your shoes "touches" your foot. And most helpful way is to buy heels with platform.Like these..some of them have hidden platform,it's so much more comfortable.

are they fitting you properly? Heels & stilettos have to fit perfectly on your feet, otherwise your feet will hurt, or they will destroy your arch, not to mention make them sore as fuck. Try buying Dr Scholl's heel relief, they are heaven in a little jelly cup lol.

i have heard its really hard on your feet to go back and forth between heels and flats all the time. Are there some styles that hurt more than others? My sister swears by those Dr. Scholls heel releif things.... but I have never used them.
