Belly fat and jiggly arms??!

I need a flat stomach and toned arms asap! But i really do not have time to exercise.Any ideas?/? My diet is pretty good but i need a simple easy workout

No pain no gain!

Don't expect to get toned arms and stomach quick without doing a lot of both cardiovascular and toning exercises.

- Run daily, around 1.5 miles
- Kick boxing is the best and funnest exercise!
- Buy some dumbbells
- 20 press ups a day
- The Royal Marines lay on their backs (on a flat surface) with their body straight. And place their hands under their bum. And then raise there feet (keeping their legs straight) 6 inches off the ground.
THIS WORKS WONDERS! Great for toning core muscles. I recommend doing this for 1 minute 3 times a day. It hurts like hell, but it wont be long at all till you see the benefits
