I've never tried them, but I saw a display of it at Ulta and it seemed to be selling fast. It's supposed to be fabulous for sun protection and scars and stuff. I'm gonna try it this summer. Here's some reviews, most were really positive but one girl did get an allergic reaction. BTW, I have used Garnier hair colors and loved the results.

I've suggested them on a lot of occasions here. They were used originally to help sooth and repair the skin after facial surgeries, recommended by dermatologists in korea to heal the skin as well as cover up minor blemishes and scars, hence what they stand for blemish balm. I know Skinfood does one and Skin79 has had them for YEARS. Most the Asian ones contain natural ingredients that help revitalize the skin, but they cater to pale skin to a light tan and not very heavy coverage...if you don't mind any of that, then I've seen them do some great stuff in terms of acne scars and red marks as well as blemishes, but it's all a very slow process. Now they have expanded , Garnier and many American/Western countries are incorporating more healthy ingredients to their products so that it can heal skin while it's covered. You really have to know your undertone though, some BB creams have grey /neutral undertones (usually those carry the palest colours), some have yellow undertones, and others have pinkish ones. Kind of like choosing a foundation >.
