No, it's not fat. I'm about 5'3" 1/2 and weigh about 120 pounds. If anything, I need to lose weight, not you. You're okay. But if it gets really bad, consider talking to an adult that you trust, or a doctor about your weight. And there's always your friends at BG. :P

No. Actually, you are UNDERweight. Not fat enough! Here is a height/weight ratio chart to help you out: http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/height_weight.shtml

Understand that what you are experiencing, the depression, the eating, the anxiety about eating, then resulting in depression which makes you eat more, is an unhealthy cycle. Your eating patterns are similar to what I had before I became bulimic. You may be more on the side of anorexia though. I suggest you seek professional help or at least express your eating patterns and the emotional toll it places on you with someone you trust such as your parents; not a friend or sibling as they are more likely to feel bad for you but protect your honesty as a secret and not seek outside help for you.

Fat is actually a good thing! Too much or too little of anything is bad. Especially for women and teenagers, they need more fat than men for fat soluble vitamins, minerals etc. Too little can interfere with growth, hormones and estrogen production, hence your menstrual cycle can be effected; these are very negative. Teens should have a bit of 'baby fat' on them until about 19-20; it's normal. What you are doing is starving yourself into oblivion if you are not careful and begin a healthy relationship with a food-mind-body concept. This will lead to complications when older and actually reverse your ability to lose weight if you gain too much, as you have made your metabolism suffer. Your body is in starving mode so it instinctively will hoard ANY and ALL fat your take in preparing itself for another starvation period. You are actually training your body to STORE fat. This is why it is best if you seek professional help, at least a nutritionist if not a counselor, so you can better understand the consequences of your actions and how better to love your body rather than make it suffer, and you, as a result.

LOL i'm 5 ft and i weigh about 112.
don't confuse your weight with your mass
your should worry about your mass
the weight could also be because of how strong your bones are, your structure etc.
looking at me, you'll never guess i weigh 50 kg..and fyi, you're not heavy. at all.

and instead of eating when you're depressed, try doing excersize? it really helps, trust me. yeah you're gonna hate it and shit, but when you get in the routine, it does help. go for a run or something outside.
and if youre gonna eat, at something healthy..like..er, well, healthy food xD
