every women has some belly fat (at the bottom), because if we ever get pregnant the baby will need a little bit more protection. i dont know any creams, try eating healthy (breakfast!!) and exercising at least 30 minutes a day. good luckk

actually in school i used an old trick i read in YM mag

tighten and hold the muscles periodically during the day

this is a mild workout and after a while the muscles will naturally hold because they are stronger

it worked for me

I guess the only way to rid of any far is aerobic exercise.

At some point Your body won't be able to lose anymore fat, so You'll have to tone you stomach.

Do some sit ups everyday, it will also help with your posture :)

well, I had the same problume so i did a mild work out like 50 situps and a 20 min job and stretching every night befor bed, eat healther also, It wont show at first but if you do this for 6 weeks youll see major results :] trust me.
