Weight loss in at least 2 months?

okay, so i want to lose weight before summer actually starts, and i want to know suggestions. things that have worked for you, or someone you know. i'm desperate. i have lost about 10 pounds, but i'm still 160. sad. im only 13. please help me. thanks

do lots of dance you can easily lose your weight in one month8-)

try yoga or pilates they're best or;



go for a 30 min walk, you loose more weight walking then you do runnig or sprinting



as the below said dancin is a great way to loose weight its an intense work out that uses all large muscles



or do lunges, stomach twists, situps and toe touches, i lost 3 kg in a week doin them!
