Weight loss.

okay, so i'm going to warped tour on july 23, and i need some tips to lose weight. i don't wanna show up as a nasty foo with blubber hanging out.. (haha) i'm about 160? i want to be up to at least 120. please&thanks.

PS. i already do 50 pull ups a day, and a 10 minute run.

Well, reduce your calorie intake to about 1500 a day. Then on top of your run maybe half a mile walk or jog before and after may help. That's about all I've got.



You may get one of the big huge exercize balls (the ones you sit on) and look up some good ab exercises on them. That's what my mom used to do.



Sorry. Other than that I'm broke. Just don't do more than you can handle.

a 10 minuite run isnt enough to burn enough calories for it to be worth the extra effort your body uses.

Try power walking for thirty mins, it will do BETTER for you then what you are doing now. Try aerobics, yoga & if you are really extreme look up 'The hollywood diet' its pretty extreme, you could also try the maple syrup & canye pepper diet, look that up too. I use them both when im trying to loose weight fast. They both promise 20pounds of weight loss in 10days if you do it properly :) xxxxx

well first its unhealthy too losses 40 pounds that quick..but run for longer and do more things like pushups curl ups stretches yoga can even work

i was 183 in highschool and i was cute : P



just don't do those silly things like wear shrits that are too small and too short



don't pick pants that are too tight



be comfy!



girls with curves are cute and you should rock it if you got it ; P

ps eaing healty foods like baked or boiled are better for you



you have to eat a balanced diet to keep your body working right



drink milk, eat fruits and veggies, get your startches, take a vitamin



when you go out pick chicken (baked or grilled) and a potato or salad instead of fries



drink lots of water



and all you need to work out is 30mins 3times a week



gives you body time to adjust and heal



running is better than pull ups



sit ups are better than pull ups : P
