Hot Topic just doesn't quite do it anymore. Vampire Freaks is a little too edgy.. I want something in between

I have medium-dark brown hair, will it be destroyed if I bleach it to platinum then dye over it?

I wanna get bright purple, bright blue, and maybe some other funky colors going... I just don't wanna deal with hair breaking and frying and looking like crap.

I would more than likely damage it

it definitely will damage!! And it does look very dry and such, i have tried it before. But there are products that can smooth them down and make them look shiny but overall, your hair will be damaged alot once you bleach it. I suggest asking some people online, like girls with the hair style/color that you want and ask them questions about it. I would tell you to go to salons and ask but sometimes they don't understand the looks you are looking for lol

i Have dyed my hair literally 25 times in the past 9 months and my hair is not fried....what i would do is use a bleach called "Born Blonde" but make sure its the one for dark hair....then when you take a shower leave conditioner in it for at least 5-10 minutes...when i did it my hair was not damaged

then wait a day then dye it the colors that you want
