Frizzy hair?

So, I have some seriously frizzy hair. I hate it. It always gets tangled and It's really damaged too. I shampoo and condition it every other day, but I just don't understand how it gets to be the way it is now. A few years ago I had perfect hair and now this?? Any tips?

As always, it is suggested to get your hair cut every 6-8 weeks. Hair stylists don't just say that to make more money, we say it so that your hair is always at its healthiest! Try using a deep conditioner once a week, leave it in for about 10-15 minutes. Also, leave your hair natural if you straighten it, or don't use the blow dryer a lot. To help my hair stay healthy, I use a leave in conditioner every day, I wrap my hair in a towel to get excess water out (for about 5-10 mins), and then I blow dry it- keep in mind, my hair dries super fast. If you can blow dry it half way, and then let it air dry the other half, that works wonders as well!

I had the exact same problem and I found out it was because of the shampoo I was using didn't suit my hair. You should change your shampoo every 2-3 weeks because it won't have the same efffect as the last one. I am currwently using Garnier Fruiticus for frizzy hair. It basically after a few washes makes hair all straight and silky. I find Alberto shampoos and herbel essece good as well.

Another reason for frizzy hair could be your haircut. Next time you visit the hair salon tell your hair dresser about this problem and she might be able to give you a haircut that will suit your hair type better.

If you don't already, use a tangle Teaser hairbrush. It works magic and leaves an incredible shine of your hair. It makes getting knots out 10XS easier :)

You could always try an anti frizz remedy alothough they never worked for me. I heard Frizz Ease Is the best one. I tryed a frizz product one time and i just left my hair looking flat and dull but you could give it a go :)

Good luck and I hope this helped :)

buy a smoothing oil serum : D love them because they work on dry and wet hair , make sure you buy a a good one though . I recommend one with olive oil or aloe vera. mhm definitely cut your ends a bit to freshen up/renew your hair and start using the serum when combing your hair after showering to help smoothen frizz. dont shampoo a lot , just condition your hair in the shower often and comb .

ok im going to tell you pretty much the same as one of the other girls on here (pantene breakage to strength shampoo and conditioner)-get the separate bottles or you wont get the full effect and the best of all is my (pantene spit end repair) just in one use you should feel a difference depending on how bad your hair is keep using this stuff until your hair is healthy again :) plus is actually kinda cheep to be honest lol

PS. MY instructions! 1, lather the shampoo all over head in circular motions for 5 minutes every use: this will help make your hair grow faster too btw, 2, After lathering leave conditioner in for 5 minutes then rinse. 3. then after you get out of shower barely dry hair just enough to where it isnt dripping and put the spit end repair and leave in hair... i wouldnt use a hair dryer unless in a hurry.

PSS. if you use a flat iron or curling iron keep using all products or you will be right be where you started, trust me lol i know what im talking about, i had to learn the hard way i hope this helps you girl! :3
