How can I achieve a flatter stomach without losing a lot of weight in 4 months?

So I'm a really petite girl (5 feet tall on my best days) weighing 105 lbs/ 47 kg. My doctor is telling me that going below 100 lbs would be unhealthy but the flab on my arms and the love handles are telling me otherwise. Losing the weight isn't a problem for me as I have been in a steady routine of 30 mins jogging in the morning and not going above 1100 calories a day for the past two months and already shed 15 lbs. I've also been doing 30 minutes of crunches every other day but the nasty gut is still there. Any tips? I have to be able to wear a bikini in 4 months but the crunches are just not doing it. I don't want super tight abs or anything like that by the way, I just want to lose the really ugly flab that spill over the sides of my pants even when they're just the right size.

Do some cardiovascular exercises. e.g jogging or skipping every day, you will definitely see an improvement! :D

look up exercises to work out the specific parts of your body where you want to lose weight... in this case, it sounds like you need some belly exercises:
This is a site I used... I like the variety of it and with this you can plan an ab-workout-routine that's not just crunches. Other than that, just make sure you have healthy habits: get plenty of sleep & exercise (you've got that one down!) and EAT HEALTHY.
