How Can I Feel Less Tired At School?

I sleep 8 to 9 hours each night, but once I'm at school, I feel so tired. I'm not sure if it's because of what I eat in the morning before school or 'cause I need to sleep more. Let me know what u think, plz.

if you cant get hold of Bcomplex vitamins for now, eat banana it has vit B in it... also, if you feel depressed or something, try to have a happy and positive outlook in life. think of good things and do things that makes you smile..hang out with friends and grateful of what you have, etc.. look at the sun in the sky with bare eyes, somehow it can give you certain brightness inside..

i used to feel sluggish, weak, and tired too throughout the day like you. even if you sleep 8-9 hours but not continuosly, you would still feel tired. i exercise before going to bed, so i feel tired and i would sleep all the way till morn. i also relax my mind by reading and thinking of good things. stress can also cause interrupted sleep, so learn to take off your mind from that stressful thing and divert it... also, vitamin B complex is a complete vitamin that you can take do not take a bottle that says B12 on top, it has to say B-complex on it..its an over-the-counter product at the pharmacy or at Walmart or Kmart.. vit B-complex can boost your energy, take out the weakness and tiredness feeling because it makes your blood flow better in your nerves. it takes at least 2 months for it to be effective or sooner but be patient. my whole family takes that wonder vitamin now because it have to take 1 tablet at morn and one at night after meals. you have to take it daily to be effective.

you could be getting too much sleep...... I f i sleep for 8 hours i feel tiered, but if i sleep for 6 im fine....... I could be down to stress and bordem..... Do you feel likme this when you finish school...... Or is it only when you are there?????

drinking water throughout the day helps wakes you up. at first itll make you pee a lot, but then your body gets use to it

I used to feel tierd too....i used to get my period every two weeks though, and i almost had anemia, which is why i was so tierd...what helped me was fixing my period problem(went to the doctor) and taking iron not sure if thats your problem, but if it is, you should see a doctor.

try to avoid loading up on carbohydrates in the morning. too much of it usually causes us to feel sluggish once digested. and yeah, exercising might help too..

oh i thought you were gunna say like me how i barely sleep so thats why im soooo tired at school but you actually sleep enough. i wld say coffee but im guessin thats not somethin u wld drink :P maybe bring cold water to school like putn ice in it so it stays drinkin that can help you feel better . in the morning you could wash your with sumthin like neutrogenas morning burst. maybe exercise in the morning at bit like stretching to get your muscles movin. for me i usually bring candy but dunt do that not good lool ( :

omg... i was like the same way... i was getting like loads of sleep, but was always tired...especially at school. So my friend talked me into changing my diet.... i stopped eating like loads of sweets of fatty things and it has really helped... so you might try that.

Well, I feel tired at school, but after lunch I feel a little less tired. Once I'm at home, I feel fine.
