I can't give you specifics but including things like make sure you have 2 fruit and 5 veg a days.
If you want to to loose weight the best way is through regular exercised and a well balanced and healthy diet. Maybe make your meal portions smaller as well and don't snack a lot between meals

Also, there are a couple of don'ts to dieting.
DON'T believe celebrity diets or some celebrity endorsed weight lose products, not all these work
DON'T do fad diets ie The tic tac diet, where all you eat are tic tacs or the color diet where each day you can only eat a specific colored food.
DON'T quit eating, starving yourself is never the answer, it'll make you sick and can if it gets to serious it can lead to conditions like Anorexia.

Hope I helped

First of all, I wouldn't suggest any diet AT ALL! Diets in teen years often lead to starving, which leads to eating disorder, which leads to even more complexed problems. So, I suggest you stop eating junk food, cross out ALL candies and sweets and sugary stuff. You can maybe eat, like, one chocolate bar a week, just to keep yourself happy.
You should do normal breakfasts, but cut down the bread, so eat one or two slices for breakfast or just start eating integral bread, but don't go over the top with that either just cuz it says it's kind of diet!

2 hours after breakfast have a little snack, fruit or veggies, whichever you want, I think fruit is better for morning & veggies for afternoon.

Then lunch:
The usual, maybe a smaller portion, a slice of meat and some veggies(just not fries or any kind of potato cuz that is a BIG NO. you can't eat potatoes with meat because then you're slowing down your metabolism). Again, cut the bread a bit.

Second snack should be after, likee 1 and a half hour from lunch. I would prefer veggies in the afternoon, again, because of the metabolism, but you can also eat fruit, or even better, a mix. grated apple and carrot work pretty good together. just try, and it tastes like it could use A LOT of sugar, but don't put any. Just suck it up, and remember why you're eating that.

Dinner should be something really light, sometimes not even needed, because if you eat the way I told you, in two days, you won't feel hungry at all at night. And whatever you eat, try to eat it before 9, the later you eat, the fatter you get.

One very important thing is: If you eat small portions you can eat 5 times a day. So don't be grouchy and eat it all up right away, eat slowly, and don't force yourself into eating if you've had enough, just save some for later.
Also, drink a lot of water, nope, not juice, not coke, WATER!

About the exercise, I think any sport'll do it if you eat properly, so choose something you really like.
you'll start losing weight right away, and you might not see it because it's very subtle, but it's fast and everyone else will notice, and so will you, when, in a few weeks, you get into your last year's jeans. :)
Good luck :D

eating good food! The fats in organic food is easier for your body to break down than the fats you find soaking into your burger wrapper. Its the best habit to get into! Also loads of small meals is better than three big ones, or none at all. Your metabolism increases, meaning your body breaks down foods faster and faster rather than storing it as fats! Not eating puts your body into starvation mode, and then when you do eat something it extracts ALL possible nutrients from it that it can, and stores it away as fat. Think breakfast, midmorning snack, light lunch, midafternoon snack, fairly medium to light dinner, and maybe a cup of caffiene free tea before bed.
