i am 5'4 and i weigh about 160 pounds. i'm not sure if this is a healthy body weight for me im not visibly overweight, but im just curious. plus, what are some exercises i can do to get a flatter stomach??? im 13 btw.... thank you guys so much!!! this helped :)

Heyy i am 5 6 inches and i weigh 166 lbs .. a lot told me that thats healthy though i thought i should lose a bit calories , so jogging and dancing half an hour everyday MAKES A DIFFERENCE ! and also eating healthy and doin push ups ...anw good luck girl :)

wow I wish I was as tall as you Staying active is a sure-fire way to keep a healthy weight. Although, I wouldn't worry so much about it, since at 13, you're about to hit puberty and your body is developing at this stage. You need all the nutrients you can get by eating right, so I'd say a strict diet is a no-no for you. Try doing a sport like frisbee, volleyball or swimming instead.

yeah......exercise &eat right

Do about 40 sit-ups everyday.
