Self confidence?

Basically, I need some answers. I have this very specific mindset that I am fat and it's on my mind 24/7. Nothing is changing my mind. Nothing anyone can tell me will make me think other wise. I just feel so terrible because I see all these pretty skinny girls and think "why can't that be me?" why? I just can't seem to stop comparing myself to others. I could start from my feet and go to my head and tell you something wrong with every single feature of my body. Is there even a such thing as a self confident girl? How can I start thinking better of myself? It really depresses me, the way I feel about myself and I don't like it. Whenever I say anything to my mother about it, she only gets mad at me because of how I think. But she doesn't try to help. She's skinny, too. So it's not like she knows what I'm going through. My boyfriend, he's also skinny. Although he tells me I'm not fat, that doesn't help. How can I help this? :/

Every girl deals with this lol. Well you should learn to accept yourself and look within yourself. You should acknowledge that there are SO MANY girls who are way worse than you. There are a lot of pretty girls and they are all insecure with themselves, it sucks. No one is perfect. When you look through magazines, etc, you should know that 99% of them are photoshoped. If you think you're fat despite everyone saying your not, then work out, eat healthy. Wishing for something won't happen unless you work for it. Also ask yourself what would you do if you looked worse? You should always be grateful because it can always get worse, and you should be more optimistic and focus on positive points about yourself. :)

What might make you feel better is LIGHT exercising and healthy eating, because you then feel like you are doing something to combat this issue. Trust me, you really aren't the only girl in the world who has this mindset- in fact I can definitely say I have had this problem, and can still struggle with it daily. But have I gotten better? Yes. I used to think I was fat, and ugly, and had no self confidence at all. People would tell me I was beautiful, but in my mind I was chastising them- Liars, liars, I'm fat, I'm ugly, I don't dress nice... on and on it went. Especially around others, compared to the pretty people I still feel like nothing. What might help is looking at overweight celebrities- however stupid that sounds. They didn't let society reform them into a picture perfect person, and now they are beautiful and famous. Other things would be starting a positive journal, writing something positive about yourself at least once a day, and anything else positive someone said, even stuff like, "Hey! I like your shirt!" or "You look nice!" Even stuff you said people laughed at- it'll start adding up. Also write some of the better things on post it notes and post into places you definitely will see them.
ex. of things to write'
I have a great boyfriend
I have a gorgeous pair of shoes
My best friend is jealous of my new shirt/eyes, etc.
I have an amazing family.
I have awesome friends.
I have a good sense of humor.
I a C38 bra.

If you are so much annoyed by the idea that you are fat, do something about it. You may do regular exercise and eat healthy. Cheer up! Everything will go out fine. All you have to do is believe in your self-worth and do something everyday that will make you thank yourself later on. You may also visit for no surgery fat loss.
