It's too hard to lose weight >

I really wanna lose a little bit of my stomach fat & get smaller thighs. I should be running & walking everyday, but the problem is, I just don't want to. I'd rather stay in the computer or watch tv. Is there anything I can use as motivation, or something that can randomly give me energy to be active??

Eating healthier foods will help give you more energy - try cooking up a fruit smoothie in the blender or something
If you're fixed on losing weight in specific areas. For example, i wanted to lose belly fat, too, so then I looked up some exercises - i found this site
http://lose-fat-belly.com/25-belly-exercises-to-lose-belly-fat.html
Also if you get bored while running/walking (like me), try listening to music.
You can also make a fitness plan with a friend - this will help you stay dedicated.

For motivation, possibly try rewarding yourself. Set a weight you want to get down to and once you reach it go and buy yourself something nice.
It's all about the mentality to. Start off by going for short walks and work your way up to jogging or running.

eating healthier foods can help. Start off small. try exercising for 15 minutes a day until you feel that its getting easy, then slwoly start to increase the time. As for motivation, its good to reward yourself. The best time to eat is right after you excersice so maybe after your done exercising eat a small snack as a reward.
Another why to make it better is try to make it more fun. Go on walsk with your friends or go for bike rides with them. Swimming i also a fun way to exercise.
