Help!!

Okay, so I have been wanting to loose weight, & please, no comments about how I"m too young to loose weight or I dont need to. Does anyone know some thing that I can do that will like, get rid of stomach fat??

hey there :)) i have the same problem, well i researched about it and would like to try this thing, it's not much but the person said it'll get you a flat stomach in 2 months it's guaranteed. run a mile a day ::))

Hey girl I know exactly how you feel, I've been through the same thing. Pilate workouts are amazing to you core and legs. You could Youtube 'Pilate 15 min workout' . Also, you could get into Zumba classes if theres any around your area because not only are they fun, but its a serious workout. Also, if you have a Wii- they have zumba for that too. And just simple things to like 50 situps every night before bed or 3 pushups in the morning. Maybe you could make a little 'everyday workout' plan and everynight you do those excersies. But remeber do not over work yourslef and make sure your eating! And if it makes you feel any better, google your BMI which is just your height and weight and age and it will let you know if your healthy, under weight, or over weight. Please make save choices and be careful! Your probably beautiful anyway! (:

If there's one thing I know about dieting it's that you can't target weight loss. I have been trying for AGES to lose weight off my stomach too, but you can't command the body to get rid of the fat in just some areas. How much and the areas where you deposit more fat is determined by your organism and you generally can't mess with that. But you can simply start a diet & exercise program and lose weight overall and just hope that stomach fat will be gone in time as well.

If you know your BMR you can calculate your daily calorie needs and try to limit your daily intake to 500 less than that number. This supposedly makes you lose 1 pound/week. Exercising as often as possible is very helpful as well. Any kind would do, but running is said to burn the most calories.
One thing though, if after subtracting 500 out of your daily calorie needs gets the limit lower than 1200, don't go with it! No diet should lower calories below 1200 or else the effect will be inverse.

Thanks! =) & we did the BMI thing is class a couple months ago. I'm 23 which is healthy. But, thats not far form overweight, which is about 26!
