okay, at this moment, I've reached a new level of depression. I've tried talking to my mom. that doesnt' help. she doesn't know what to say, and then ends up making me feel even worse. & I went some where last weekend, and met this guy. he's absolutely AMAZING. he;s so perfect for me, its CRAZY! & the best part is that he really liked me too. one problem though! He lives like 3 effing states away!! so thats not gonna work!! =( anyways. WE have been texting and whatever, and the more we talk the more I like him, which really sucks. I dont really have anyone to talk to, and I've just been more & more depressed. I really need some advice!

I have really low self-esteem and self confidence. despite what people say. So, any advice on loosing weight would be greatly appreciated! I dunno, if you read my last question, but weight was what it was mostly about.

I just want a way to feel better about myself so I can be I used to be.

SO! advice?? weight loss plans?? thanks. =)

Ah- i know how you feel. With the whole depression thing and probs with your mom.. yeah all in my history book. Since its mostly about weight though.. what's your current weight so I can give accurate advice. If you don't wana share that kinda info it totally cool, I understand.;)

I weight approximately 126-129 lbs. & I'm 5'3 & Even though that is considered healthy, I still think I am fat. so I would like to loose my belly fat & for my legs to be slimmer.

Ah, ok. The best thing is well, it works for me, you could do all, some, or none of these if you wish. I usually change the times I eat and how much I eat( 8a.m., snack between, lunch around 1:30 I know it seems late, and dinner no later than 6p.m. and only one portion) This way your digestion system has proper time to break down food and keep active during the day.usually helps also doing workout videos- i think its easier. And you can run- preferably in the morning- if you want. And of course don't forget water before, during, and after working out. I recommend either a full body work out, but you can also do something that involves a lot of your core an abdominal muscles. For slimmer legs- you can always do squats. Another alternative is if you like dancing then dance! Its a a fun way to exercise and and you don't recognize it. And when you start to lose weight, you don't want to weigh no less than 106 to remain healthy. And of course you don't want to consume no more than 1,200 calories a day- and keep in mind that you don't want to slim down to quickly cause that's not good. That's just something I do to slim down when I feel like I'm getting unnecessarily thicker. If you read my blog, you also want to know what body type you are so you son't confuse curves with fat and the right amount of fat (healthy kind) you don't want to be to skinny. This are some practical tips I use and I hope it can be useful to you.
One last thing, to regulate digestive system, you also might want to consider digestive supplements to clear whatever is back-up. I did it and it helped a lot. But don't go crazy with it if you do! ;D
