I CAN'T Loose weight... HELP!

Hey, I am a 13 year old girl and I weigh about 158 pounds. I am 5'2. I feel very fat. I excercise sometimes, I try to eat healthy and yet, I am still fat. I get taunted and made fun of all the time. I don't know what to do.

Dont eat oily food.. stop eating fast food... eat vegetables and walk for 30 min before eating your lunch and supper.. I am sure you will lose your weight in a week.. =)

just for the record im 13 too. well you shouldnt be trying to be as skinny as some of the girls you see on television and stuff you should try to get a good weight for YOUR body ,maybe your at your ultimate amount of weight lost already...

the best thing to do is be your self dont do something that might actully upset your body by changes if u eat healthy and exercise its the best way

Them bullies are just stupid and probably jealous of your curves. Guys don't like super skinny girls because they're skinny, it's their personality guys go for.
If you want to lose weight then you can't eat healthy and exercise some times, you have to do it alot.
Try doing a calorie count- www.caloriecount.co.uk
Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, drink a glass of water before meals.
Walk for at least half an hour a day. Do short bursts of energy throughout the day e.g.
run up the stairs
you will lose weight x

one tip is to drink water 30 minits befor eating and after eatng if ur stll thirsty because if you just drink water while you eat it will act lke and obsorbent and you will gain more weight

Well, I don't eat oily food. I rarely eat fast food and also I eat vegies all the time. But thanks for the other advice. Really helps :)
