All i shave right now is my legs and underarms. But it's getting to be that time of year where I stop wearing sweatshirts and jackets to school, and for some reason I've noticed my arms seem really hairy. I've considered shaving them, but it just sounds stupid. And for some reason I also feel like a have a slight mustache, and I know it's normal to have a little bit of hair there, but i feel like I have a mustache. I've tried plucking it but the skin is sensitive there, it hurts, and I don't want to irritate my skin. What should I do about my arms and my "mustache"?

(This is kind of an awkward topic but i need some help..)

Ummmmm, I wouldn't shave your arms. My arms are like gorillas, lmfao but no one ever comments on them. One time last year one of the boys said something and i punched him, since then no ones ever said anything. Baaha I'm not sure about your upper lip though.. I'm sure I have hair there it just isn't noticeable.

i'd say leave em alone because skin on both the upper lip and arms are sensitive. If you do get rid of hair there, you'll have to maintain it which can cause irritation in the long run. Besides, they grow back coarser and thicker-- I don't think you can keep up with the trouble of shaving those areas from time to time. There are a handful of good (hair) bleaching products out there that might help and make them less noticeable. Try that, instead.

ok there are these strips at walmart that are for hair removal and they work really well on your lips i have them and they are amazing they only hurt for like five min its awsome others hurt for like twenty hours haha

as for armpits you can get waxing done but its expensive so i would just shave or do nair or the stuff you see on tv that you just rub and it removes hair and its only 10 bucks so hope this helped

I think your skin there is pretty sensitive, I wouldn't mess with em.... My friend shaved her arms but she didn't get anything, just a forest on her arms.... xD And if you have a noticeable mustache I'll vote for you to take them of... lol But don't shave them.... I think that when girls are shaving mustache is insane and I never heard anyone did it.... Don't know what you should do with em someone else will sure write that... :D

Ya don't shave your arms haha. I did a patch test for shaving my arms and it grew back even worse. So i would just leave it alone or bleach it.

i LOVE shaving my arms and mine doesn't grow back thicker or darker

i've been shaving them every few weeks since i was in jr. high. they feels so soft when you shave them : P

and i get a few light hairs on the ends of my lip and yea i shave that as well i have a friend that wax's it but it doesn't grow that fast so shaving works great for me. i use a new razor, i do it every few weeks, just hold the skin taunt so you don't cut your lip that's hard to explain lol

and if you shave your arms the one suggestion i would make is be careful on the bone on your wrist on the outer edge you don't know how many times i cut the skin around it when i was growing up lol go slow there and bend your wrist so the outside skin is pulled taunt

and i've been shaving mine so long not all the hair's grow back anymore hopefully one day they'll stop all together lol now if i could only get that to happen to my legs lol

ps my mom takes a shaver over her whole face cause she read guys have such soft skin cause the razor exfoliates your skin lol i don't think i'd go that far.

those pads that you rub on your skin and remove the hair DID NOT work for me i got a small patch and the thing was done and i had to get a new patch omg not worth it.

and the only reason some people may 'think' the hair on your arms grows in thicker:

the ends of the hair is still your original 'baby' hair from when you were young so naturally it's finer and softer but behind that the hair is already growing in 'adult' it won't get thicker than what's already been growing there since your hormones kicked into gear.

mine grows in soft and very light (which i don't under stand cause my leg hair and head hair is SOOOO dark. but oh well!

i had a friend in school that had what looked like 'monkey arms' and i vowed from that point i would never let my arms get hair that long so i started shaving

either bleach the hairs or use some kind of sensitive skin hair removal depliatory.

hmm I suggest that you leave your arms the way they are, or you can bleach them. about the mustache, well, I had kinda that problem, and one day I just pissed off and went to drugstore and bought wax hair removal for sensitive skin AND for face. it MUST be for face. the problem is, my skin is really sensitive and I got kind of like tiny tiny pimples. but they've gone after couple of days and everything was okay, and I was hairless :D

Never shave YOUR ARMS. I have tons of black hair on my arm and I don't shave it. It's normal to have arm on your arm. If you still are paranoid about it then bleach it.

bleaching is an option (I believe it's stated there in my post).
