Any ways to lose weight more in the thiigh section ?

I have big thighs and im not being one of those girls who says that and then has really skinny ones caue i dont have skinny ones I have a skinny body apart for my thighs. Do you know what excerise and food to eat.

Try running, and doing squats.

A good tip: Instead of bending over to pick things up, squat, it's like a workout without working out! (Especially when cleaning your room!)

Yupp, running & squats work out the thighs pretty good.
And wen u work out, drink a glass of milk. It gets u in shape.
2-3 glasses of milk each day is healthy for ur body/
