honestly i've seen so many ppl go on them and fail very little actually pull through with their diet. what you need is a well balanced diet thats not too restrictive . do you have a strong will? thats important to not get tempted easily with your fav treats lool .
try eating very little meals frequently throughout the day boosts the metabolism .
switch your reg food stuff to a healthy alternative so they're not completly gone , 2% milk- rice or skim milk , fatty meats - lean meats ( like sub meats chicken , turkey ) , bread - corn flour tortillas, etc. i loove sugar so to avoid eating my fav danish breads i eat other stuff to satisfy my sugar cravings such as marshmellows, gummies, juice, cereal. all have sugar but loow fat ( :
exercise daily diet and exercise need to b balanced . concentrate on the areas u feel need work. 1-2 hours . while exercising drink water and maybe add the end glass of milk to refuel energy. trust this relaxes your muscles and then u can shower and hit the bed. if your hungry later on the evening eat a fruit like an apple or pear , or banana something big and juicy that will fill u up.
