How do I train for cheerleading?

I'm starting high school this year and I want to step out of my boundaries and do something new. In the fall I'm doing volleyball if I make the team, soccer in the spring, dance team year round, and I want to do cheerleading in the winter. I've never done cheerleading and I have no friends that can help me with cheerleading. I need a diet and workout plan.

I cheered this past winter on the varsity competitive team. and on the sideline team in the fall.
Don't worry about dieting. Really.
Focus on eating healthy and nutritious food.
& working out, gaining muscle.
Push ups, Crunches, Lunges, Running, evvverythinnng.
For the purpose of getting a little exp. go on youtube and search videos of a girl doing one of her cheers and try to learn it. That way you'll get better at catching on.
Work on your splits, backbends, backwalkovers, toe touches, herkie, hurdler, etc.
They don't have to be perfect. and you don't even have to know how to do them in order to make the team. So don't worry.
Youtube is a good tool.
