hey, don't be. how old are you again? maybe that's just your hormones doing their thing. just don't prick them. continue with your routine and think positive- that one day you'd wake up and they are gone. if you have the money, you can try a dermatologist.

Don't worry, it happens to everyone. I had that happen alot, but now (idk if it's just what I'm doing, or it's just a phase) I'm not getting breakouts. Read my blog on how to get and maintain clearer might just help.

Don't feel that way. Every woman, every girl is beautiful. No matter what. You may have days where your self-esteem is sky high, and other days where it's down in the dumps. You always have to remember, you are beautiful no matter what. Acne is a minor thing that goes away after puberty. If it really bothers you, which I'm sure it does, just try changing face washes. First, you have to figure out where the problem is. Do you have dry skin? Or do you have oily skin? Whichever you said yes to, will determine the kinds of faces washes you need to buy. Dry skin usually leads to black heads, while oily skin usually just leads to plain old acne. Make sure you wash your face TWICE a day. When you wake up, and before you go to sleep. Because, while you are sleeping your faces produces a lot of oils and bacteria that can get stuck deep in your skin if you don't wash it soon after you wake up. Plus, you have to wash it before you go to bed, so all the germs and dirt your faces has picked up on doesn't sit and fester over night. Also, MAKE SURE YOU USE A GOOD MOISTURIZER!!! Moisturizer is KEY to having good, clear skin. If you have oily skin, make sure you use a very lightweight moisturizer after each time you wash. If you have very dry skin, you'd probably be better off using a little bit thicker face cream. Make sure you use FACE cream, and not body lotion. Because they are very different.
Also, another thing that causes acne: Fatty foods.
It's true, you are what you eat. What you put in is what you get back out.
If you are always eating sugary foods and fatty foods, your going to perspire them out, and that's what your body will try to nourish you with, because that's all it has to give!
Trust me on this one, I used to wash my face all the time, but I still broke out every now and then. Then I decided to cut out most of the sugars and fats/oil from my daily eating habits. And my face cleared up in a jiffy! It was pretty amazing. But, then I started eating sweets again, and I broke out again. So, make sure you keep fats/oils/sweets at a very minimum (Or even not at all, if you can help yourself, I know it's hard) in your diet.
Your face will sure to clear up in no time!
If you STILL have problems with acne after that, you might want to see a dermatologist, and they'll prescribe to you a more potent acne medicine/cream.
Good luck. (= Remember, you're beautiful!~ ?

If you wash to much then you will breakout. Use moisturize once a day that doesnt have any oil in it. Do a mask every now and again depending on your age. If you older then once a week if your younger then maybe
every other week. Wash your face twice a day. Dont use a lot of makeup. Dont use alot of products to clean you face. I hoped this helped. (:

These days breakouts are more common because of pollution,stress,oils...etc. I suggest using a light acne serum. Also is your moistrizer a cream if so you might want to use a lighter formula. Heavy creams can clog your pores and cause breakouts. If you wear makeup also be sure to wash your brushes everyday. If you want to learn an easier/cheaper way her click on this link . I hope these help you! If you have any questions please inbox me. ~Melissa
