there is no fast way to tone anything

but i will say if you do the tension thing where you try to hold those muscles in your stomach taunt during the day. (tighten release as you think of it and hold for at least 10seconds)

after about a week of that usually your muscles will start to do it on their own because it's the lazy girls way of toning up

For a real easy way to get rid of stomack fast is to drink 8 cups of green tea a day ( replace with water ) & for an easy excersise just hula - hoop .

there isn't really any fast, SAFE way...

but focus on cardio, drink a LOT of water - the only thing's you're allowed to drink are water and green tea (straight green tea. since normal green tea is so bitter though, try japanese green tea.)

eat every 3-4 hours, (4 times a day.) so an hour after you wake up (for example.. wake up at 7, eat at 8..) then at noon, then again at 3, and again at 6 and then no more eating after that.

you mainly want to do a lot of cardio but when you're stretching before or after a cardio workout, get in some crunches or other ab excersises that will help sculpt your belly.

it'll take some time to lose all the flab. crunches and belly dancing are by far the most effective way to get a washboard tummy but like i said, it's gonna take awhile. you might wanna try cut-out swimsuits instead. they camouflague midsection flaws yet reveal enough skin to make heads turn.

ps remember dont just suck it in actually tighten the muscles you can feel the difference there are 3 sections of muscles in your tummy the top right under your ribs

the middle around your belly button. and

the lower below your belly button
