What are some healthy foods I can pack for breakfast/lunch/dinner that will keep me satisfied?

I am out of the house by 6am and I get home from school around 8:30pm. Because of my schedule, I pretty much need to pack all of my meals and snacks (I go to bed as soon as I get home).

However, apples, peanut butter and jelly, and pretzel sticks are not that filling, and they don't keep me satisfied at all. I'm trying to lose weight, and I need some ideas for some good on-the-go meals... preferably meals that are higher in fiber and protien and lower in fat and calories.

A few things:

-I'm cutting out white flour products (whole grains only)

-I do not have refrigeration during the day, but I do have access to a microwave

=I do not eat food made with artificial sweeteners

Also, I tend to snack throughout the day, rather than eat 3 meals. For example, I'll plan on having Greek yogurt and a peach for breakfast. I'll eat the yogurt before my 8:30 am class, but I'll eat the fruit after class. I usually just snack on my food throughout the day.

also getting those packet that go in your water (you can just refil your water and you don't have to use the whole packet of flavor if it's too strong) but drinking water alot can help you fill up and loose weight

Make Breakfast your most iimportant meal.... then you will last the day better. Have an egg white omlette ( i usually add white turkey breast and some veges)...or some whole grain cereal that contains more proteins. Or you can have hard boiled eggs ready the night before and take them with you to school. Eggs are really good for your body.

When I was in middle and Highschool.... I was doing a lot of sports...and my mom would give me the Ensure with high protein... which can help sub a meal if i was busy. it had all my vitamins I needed for that day. maybe you can try that.

trader joes noodle bowls- totally vegan, made with rice noodles. they have garlic, mushroom and spring onion kinds. really good... i bring them to school.

ps. cutting out all artificial sweeteners/white flour products isn't really necessary to lose weight... eating a bit of everything just in appropriate doses is the ideal way to lose weight.

I don't eat artificial sweeteners simply because I dislike the taste. If weight loss were the issue in that case, I'd eat the artificial sweeteners.

As far as white flour goes, that's just a temporary fast. I only eat whole grain bread, pasta, and brown rice. When I have white flour it's usually in cookies, cake, etc. I'm just trying to cut out all of these things for a couple of weeks so my body adjusts to a strict healthy diet (that way I'll be able to tolerate junk less)
