What are some good low-calorie yogurts without artificial sweeteners?

I love yogurt because it's a convienient source of calcium, but regular yougut can clock in at 4-6 points on Weight Watchers (for a 6 oz. container). Considering I only have 23 points a day, a container of yogurt just is not worth it.

However, most of the light yogurts are sweetened with artificial sweeteners (Aspartame, Sucralose, etc.) I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners.

I know that Silk has yogurt that is low-fat and not sweetened with artificial sweeteners (3 points per serving) and Oikos Greek Yogurt with honey is only 2 points per serving. However, both products are expensive compared to buying Dannon or Yoplait.

So, does anybody know of any good low-calorie/low-fat yogurts or yogurt alternatives that don't use artificial sweeteners?

i like to mix about a cup of yogart, a tbl of honey, a tsp vanilla, and a cup of strawberries in the blender (you can add more or less of anything) taste it and if you like it toss it in the freezer and make a frozen yogart

or blend yogurt with strawberries and bananas
