How should I cut my hair

I'm in desperate need of a haircut, and I've been trying to decide what to do. I've been growing out my hair over the past few years (picture on the left shows the length so far), and I know I don't want to lose too much of the length right now.

My hair is naturally straight. I don't use any products in my hair (including any heat).
The pictures on the far right are old pictures showing former bangs I've done just to give an idea.

Currently, my bangs are about chin length, and I typically put them back in a headband.
I'd appreciate any photographs of hairstyles people seem to think will work for me. Any kind of curly or wavy style will NOT work, so do not bother suggesting it.

First off, your hair is pretty as it is so maybe you could just get a trim. If you really want to change things up, since your bangs are pretty long, you could get layers.
I also suggest you figure out the shape of your head and the hair for your head shape.
Good luck!
