This is gonna sound weird, but brushing your hair with a dryer sheet over the brush will do wonders. You just may want to make you hair smell like something other than laundry afterward. :)

Use some Safe Guard, it's an anti-static spray. It works wonders!

hair spray doesnt damage your hair, but if you want to get rid of fly aways get a smoothing cream like "bed head:after party" and rub it in your palms then smooth through your hair. if you blow dry your hair point the dryer down wards onto your hair, dont flip upside to dry or else youll make the fly aways stick up more. also make sure you use good conditioner and dont use peroxide to die your hair

Hairspray does ruin your hair, over time it will make it more and more damaged and dried out:

-Opt for Silicone-based Hair Serums

-Use Cream

-Opt for Static-free Brushes

-Use Anti-static Shampoo

-Moisturize
