Haircut ideas??

Okay. I need a new haircut. My hair is long, hits below my shoulderblades on my back. I have weird bangs that need help.

I basically need help, haha. I don't like 'scene' haricuts, but I also think the traditional preppy haircut is too boring for me. My hair doesn't have a lot of body, but it's not limp either.

the picture i put up is what my hair looks like at THIS EXACT MOMENT. That's pretty much how I wear it everyday. My bangs have become too much of pain to deal with, but I can't really not have bangs.

all u need is some curls or waves that should put the body in it. The color of your hair is a littlle to boring, and by too much of a pain u mean? (talkin about yo bangs) How? Cause i think that would be cute

you have an oval face.... try going to google and typing in hairstyle for oval faces it should give you a ton of sites that will be able to give you tons of ideas for your face shape and ideas of what not to do. I think if you go short with a fun bang it would look cute, but how short is up to you. Check out the google search and you can com eup with some fun ideas. some highlighting or lowlighting would be fun as well and add some depth to your hair, maybe going darker with some soft highlights (talk to your hairstylist about color, they should be able to help you on that front) Let us know what you decide!

Oval faces can look really good with long layers with a wave, or going short with a funky bang. Really the only thing you can do wrong with an oval face is going too long and straight, any cut with some layers or something dramatic and short would be cute.

:)) I think you would look great with your hair shoulder length, with caremal blonde highlights and chocolate brown lowlights, i think you should get your hair cut down around your face like shaped.

I think this would look nice on you! It'd look nice with your natural color (which I'm assuming you want to keep because you didn't mention dying/highlighting). The layers will frame your face and give your hair a little body. And it's super easy to maintain. No straightening, no curling, just whatever natural waves you have.

If you wanted to infuse a little extra wave into your hair (so it's more like the picture), I'd pick up a bottle of Sea Swell Texture Mist. You spray it in, scrunch, and voila! Instant beach waves. It's nice for days that you wanna shake things up, and a bottle will only cost you about $10.

Whatever you go with, if you ask them to razor cut it instead of using scissors, it will automatically have more edge. Razoring gives hair that light, wispy look.
