If they hurt when you put them in you are definitely doing it wrong. Relax when you put it in. Dont crouch down to try to look or something lol because that makes it hurt. What I do is sit at the very edge of the toilet and stretch my body out.

you insert the plastic part as far as you can holding on to the lip of the applicator, then your push the bottom in and pull the inserter out as you do so.

it might feel a lil dry at first but that goes away. and if it's too dry when you pull it out it may hurt a bit but it'll be ok. and remember never leave one in more than 4 hrs

how old are you? if you are 12 and younger then you should wait a couple years and use pads for now. if it hurts then you're doing it wrong. :))

and there's no age limit on tampons that's just family choice nothing else

I would use some pads for now.. use the diaper feeling ones haha,, like the really thick and long ones for extra protection.. they are uncomfy at first but after a little while its just like whatever.. Plus you can wear them longer,,, otherwisee whoever you live with tell them and im sure they will do their best to help you

it souldnt hurt. read the istructions because you are proberly putting it in wrong. try wearing pads for a bit. talk to who ever you live with im sure they would understand as its natural. if you dont want to ask the people you live with talk to your friends or a trusted adult. x
