Just finished pampering myself(:

My name is Monica. I'm 18 years old, currently a senior in high school. I'm pretty fun and friendly. I'm very open minded about stuff and I could be harsh at times. I like to dress up at times and look girly but I do have bummy days. I'm a very simple girl but I could be complicated at times. I love to shop. Marilyn Monroe is my idol. She's an amazing person. I love, love quotes; they inspire me.

Interview outfit?

I have a scholarship interview in a couple of weeks and I wanted to get some shopping done this weekend. Any ideas on what to buy?

Look youthful but professional. Try black dress pants a tank and a long cardigan

A black pencil skirt is always an awesome choice and wear it with like a colored silk top and a blazer or cardigan. simple black heels...not too high... would work great with that. Also, just a simple gold necklace and stud earrings would dress it up just a bit!

So, the pirityy here is to look brainy and poised, not like Lady G. I think a short dark colored dres (but not too short) with maybe two inch heels. If you live in an area with cool weather, wear tights or pantyhose. Keep the makeup subdued, no wild colors. Same with the jewelry, much as I love wild jewelry, keep it simple. If you really want to look brainy and don't wear glasses, go buy a pair of blacck frames with plain glass. You'll look like a real student! LOL

I agree with Jackie_Walsh. A dark colored, maybe tailored dress or skirt would look great. A crisp white button up blouse (if you wear a skirt). Wear you hair back off your face and some neutral makeup would be a great look. I would focus on a business look. I've attached a couple of ideas that might inspire you.
