i am 5'4 and weigh about 198 pounds and i would like to try and lose weight asap in 1 month

i need to lose weight for graduation and prom and because my mom keeps bugging me about it i have been trying but its just really hard are there any suggestions that may help me i've been trying to excercise and everything but i'm not losing weight it took me 4 months to lose 11 pounds in basketball

so the best way to lose weight is to reduce fats except for a tablespoon oil or butter daily, increase your intake of vegetables, and if possible replacing chips by grilled potatoes, replacing red meat with white meat. and reducing the amount of sweets you eat (not completely...just say one cadbury cube daily). then everyday do half an hour of exercise.

theres something called a grapefruit diet.

eat almost nothing but grapefruit for as long as you possibly can, and it burns so many carbs!!! you'll be skinny really quick.

im kinda in da same situation as u. this summer im gonna workout on da treadmill. (Even though i wont have any fun wit it) an also im gonna get summer job so i can buy an xbox 360 an get dance dance revolution. i kno da xbox 360 been out but i never had da chance 2 buy it. so, jus eat more healthy foods and drink plenty of water and u kno, exercise. it doesnt have 2 be everyday, it can be 3 times a week so dont put pressure on urself. an keeps ur beautiful curves cuz da skinny look aint cute. not 2 be mean but da skeleton look. plz dont do tha 2 urself. i wish u da bet of luck ;)

well, this summer i'm gonna do something that's gonna work REAL quick. it's called the banana diet. it's from japan actually. you eat 2 bananas in the morning and drink water. not cold, not hot, just lukewarm. then you eat moderate lunch, you may eat yoghurt for snacks and moderate dinner too. of course, it always helps with the pace-EXERCISE good luck!!!! let me know if i helped!!! ^_^:D:thumbup:

ahh u can try jogging? (: cardio exercise really burns all the fats! eat lesser chips. i'm sure u can do it.

thats cute,im sure you'll look great in ur dress on ur day,

think positive thats #1 to weightloss

breakfast try to eat something filling like grains

-try cereal or quakers oatmeal

-soya milk ,fruit

i dont like vegetables in the morning rather more in the afternoon for my lunch or dinner

-avoid eating alot of meat or sweets

-drink lots of water like 5 glasses daily to hydrate yourself

-excercise 2 hour daily ,make it fun with friends,music,or sports,heck try dancing!!:)

-a good way from overeating is to snack every 4 hours instead of eating a whole meal at once this allows your food to digest

cut out all junk food especially soda. drink only water and lots of it. limit bread, rice, potatoes as much as possible. and do some yoga.

im not much of a vegetable person lol and dont worry im not going for the super skinny look i just want to look alot slimmer when i was out for sports i weighed about 150 and now i weigh about 200 and i did go out for bball so yeah but i try jogging but im just still so out of shape and i do exercise everyday i have a class for that and its kinda hard with the skewl lunches and with wat my mom cooks to eat super healthy

1. write down everything that you are eating take a note book and make 3 coloms one for the food name two for the amount of calories and three for the amount of fat.

For only one month u should try to stay under 1200 cals and 20g of fat per day!

it is a proven fact that people who write down everything they eat loose 1/3 more then if your don't

2. eat all the time people think of you skip brakefast that youll have less cals in you but its not true, you should eat 3 meals but they have to be helthey and 2 snacks a day! this will make your metabolism go a lot faster and you will burn a lot more cal's

3. we all hate 2 but you have 2 exercise not just sit ups you have to get your heart rate up and sweat for a least 1 hour each day!

Do this for one month and youll probs loose around 20 pound and it will stay off unlike crazy diets you really just have to limet your intake.
