Hair removal?

This is kinda awkward, but I guess every girl goes through this. I want to remove all of my hair you know..down there. but since its the first time theres a lot and just shaving doesnt really work? I dont want to go get it waxed at a professional place and my mom wont buy me the at home wax kit things, so what should i do?is there like an easy way to do it yourself? and also so it doesnt get all red and stuff? any help would be great thanks!

Shaving: you will get prickles after a day and it can get really itchy. I would advise getting waxed. that is what I do. and to me it is the fastest and the cleanest. it will get everything but of course I go to a professional. i would not advise doing it yourself. I know there are hair removal creams out there...but I have heard so many horror stories about that stuff. plus those creams scare me and smell sooo strong and leave people red and irritated. ( Had a guy friend use Nair down there...and ended up having to call 9-11... the chemicals in Nair did a number on his testicles...bad) I believe the skin down there is so sensitive and delicate.

If you go and get waxed they also now use a local anaesthetic so it will dampen the pain. I love it, bc I have done it for so long my hair there grows back less and less and so much thinner. If you still do not want to wax... i guess you can pluck your way.

Honestly if you dont wax theres no easy way around it. I recommend getting a trimmer and shaving it low then just take care of your bikini line with a razor. There are product out there you could use to help prevent razor bumps.

i like to shave...i do this every other day....to avoid razor burns put a product called "Coochy" down there before you shave. this will make it smooth and no razor burns!! i also lotion down there when i get out of the shower too.

first you can shave even if it is long you start at the top and ALWAYS go in the same direction as the hair - top to bottom !!!!! or you could get razor burn

if you still think it's too thick then BE VERY CAREFUL but you can either use sizzors to slightly trim it down but you need to go slow and make sure there is no skin in the way. last thing you want is go to the dr cause you cut your va-ja-ja off.

or you can buy a personal trimmer from walmart the 10 dollar one works fine, just use the trimmer attachment that trims it down to a half inch going from top to bottom then shave as above

your mum probably knows that those home kits are extra painful and don't work all the time. i tried to wax myself so many times.. i always got it bad..

but waxing is the best option. professional. try to save some money or something..

if you decide to shave, than here are some great tips that might help you:

DONT WAX IT URSELF! ur not suppose to use the at home waxing thingy down there. it will be painfull if u do that n u mite even burn urself rlly bad. shaving is the best thing cause thats what i do n ive been doing it for 5 yrs alrdy. but since is ur first time n its long first trim it wit sissors then shave it. use shaving cream itll give u a better outcome. it will get itchy as it grows back but eventually ull get use to it. there is websites that explain how to shave down there so u can always google one of those up. but waxing it at home is a bad idea. n when u shave it it will grow back by like the next day. so gettin it waxed by a pro is the best thing. it will hurt tho but ull get use to the pain after a while
