tresemme (i hope that's how you spell it) heat defence spray (:

you can get it really cheaply, like £3.00 in wilkinsons, that's if you live in the UK (:

it stops your hair from getting damaged and becoming all dry and brittle.

hope this helps (:

Toni and Guyheat defence spray are about £1.70 to £1.90

They may seem expense but tbh its not like salon stuff expensive and its JUST as effective, boots is probs best place to buy :) Use it all the time, when ever i use straighterner... basically spray once on certain section you want to straighten and then rub in a bit .. comb, what ever

and your ready to carry on :) Simple!! xxx

I have used to heat protectant condition/shampoo and spray from Dove. They are in a red container. I also use the VO5 moisture oil therapy once a week. But if I were you and you straighten you hair that much I would just go and get it permenantly straightened. It will be less damaging in the long run and very low maintence...( all you do is just shower and let it air dry and you are done!) It stays straight for about 2 years.....just until your hair grows out. I loved it!

how straight does your hair get when you get out of the shower and comb it?

i comb my hair when i get out of the shower and let it air dry, and it's usually pretty darn straight

you really should invest on a salon type product to protect your hair if you use a flat iron on it everyday. redken, sebastian, bumble and bumble, and bedhead all work well. if you do go to walmart to get something though go with garnier or tresemme. do not buy pantene pro v products. anything that says heat protectant on it will work pretty well though. i would def buy a spray not cream or gel
