Ok so Im going to Spain in two weeks and I neeeeeed to tone my legs sooo badly!! My thighs are what I HATE about my body!! please please someone tell me how to fix mi problemo!!!!!!

i am currently toning my thighs and i can give you some great tips :)
-squats: work your glutes (butt) and thighs. Spread feet hip with apart and lower your body into a squat. For more intensity do it on your tip-toes. Instead of placing feet flat on the ground, simply stand on your tip-toes and lower into a squat, you will feel it more this way.
-lunges: they are also amazing for the glutes and thighs. Simply stand with both feet hip-width apart . Step right foot forward and similarly, squat down with both legs bent. do the same on both sides this is another great way to do lunges!

checkk out youtube workout videos and like below squats are great and bicycling, running,
lool sometimes in my room i would do some fake cycling like before bed i wld be on my bed lying down legs up moving in a cycling position while my radios on helps tone my legs always but thats me .
