do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5days a week

do a little bit of wieght training high reps small sets tone

low reps high set gain muscle

eat healthy everyday

drink your water girll lol

whenever your body is sore dont train that muscle for at least 24 hours

anddddd annd most important

always switch up you exercise routine dont do the same thing for a month switch it up every week

I went swimming a lot this summer so i lost a few pounds myself =)

Also, black makes you seem skinny too.

maybe twenty to thirty minutes everyday?

whatever your body can takee.

also, it's the small things that are important,

so things like eating healthily and drinking

water will impact on your weight loss, a lot[;

Another thing you need to look into a BIGGGG HELP is belly dance it really tones you stomach TRUST ME I KNOW i love it its so fun an it really helps you become more confident
